Topshop Mesh Yoke Crop Top
Neon Floral Denim Shorts
Black Patent Leather Eye Clutch
Giuseppe Zanotti High-top sneakers with fringes

I think that’s probably the cutest clutch ever, and maybe also the creepiest. And those sneakers. Damn, I bet walking in them feels super cool with the long fringe and all.

Denim and Mint

Mint sweater : Primark
Denim jacket : I had it since I was a kid
Black bodycon skirt : Brands Outlet

This is by far the simplest (and probably the most pointless) outfit post. I’m just trying to update as much as I can before it becomes impossible. It’s hard when it’s really cold outside and I basically look the same everyday because I’m always wearing the same coat.

This denim jacket was sitting in my wardrobe for probably about 10 years until when I was packing to come to the UK. It was then that I decided to start wearing it again. Jackets just makes a lot more sense in colder country. The three-quarter sleeves kind of bug me, but not that much.

This mint sweater is the first garment I have in mint! Which is a colour I adore =)

Cheers!

I’ve never been one to really experiment with the Rocker Chick look, but I like it a lot nonetheless. I just don’t think that I’ll really be able to pull off that look.

Neither do I wear anything leather, maybe it’s because I don’t own anything in leather, or anything in a leather-ish material. Maybe I ought to start.

I especially love the print of the shirt, the washed out denim on the jacket, and that gorgeous collar necklace! Seriously, how pretty is the collar necklace? Β So so pretty.

Holidays have officially started. I pray that it would be productive. Hope you have a merry and productive Christmas as well. Here’s to hoping we don’t bum away our holidays. Cheers!

A few things

Playsuit + Belt : Primark
Cardigan : My Mum’s
Wedge pumps : Everything5Pounds
Infinity Ring : BK & JIO

I’m kind of loving every piece I’m wearing in this post, which sounds incredibly vain but it’s true.

Saw this playsuit at 7 pounds and just had to buy it, even though I knew very well I wasn’t going to be able to wear it for many months to come. Such a nice dark navy blue with lovely lace details. It also comes with a tiny thin belt with a gold buckle which is just adorable.

This oversized cardigan must be one of my favourites of my mum’s. I forgot to have a closer shot but it has these big golden buttons which are just gorgeous. It looks and feels cozy too. I miss my mum =(

You’ve heard me mention Everything 5 Pounds before. To date I have bought three pairs of shoes from there and I have yet to be disappointed. Great shoes, great comfort, great price. Gotta love the site.

Finally, doesn’t this ring seem familiar? I got this in the mail the other day and I absolutely can’t believe that my boyfriend surprised me with it. I love love love it to bits.

Good day! =)

Little Mistress Nina One Shoulder Dress,Β Judith Leiber: Small Airstream Clutch
Amrita Singh Zosim Earrings,Β Asos Trinket Studded Shoe Boots
LeiVanKash Unicorn Ring (Yellow)

I don’t own a single one shoulder dress. Being a person that has to see things in a very symmetrical way, I’ve always found one shoulder garments to be a little, well, annoying. But at the same time I’ve seen some great pieces and also some people who look really good in them.

This dress looks like something I would wear to a high school prom. It looks so pretty,Β and not to mention flattering.

Definitely not closing the door on one shoulder garments. I’ll get one sometime, eventually.

Inspiration Wednesday

Shia Labeouf, GQ magazine 2008

Not entirely a huge fan of Shia Labeouf but when I first saw this set of pictures I was very drawn to them. For someone who watched him and has always imagined him as the annoying kid from Even Stevens, it’s refreshing to see him all scruffy and manly.

This editorial was my main inspiration for the photo shoot I did with a good friend of mine last year in Ikea. He was being such a good sport squeezing himself into my dad’s wedding vest, hah, good times.

I haven’t done many photo shoots, but this is one of my favourites.

Again, picture quality not at its best cause I saved these pictures from my Facebook album as the originals are back in Malaysia.

Sweater : Gift from a friend
Blazer : Thrifted
Jeggings : Mango
Boots : Primark

Clearly photo quality isn’t at it’s best this time round, it was getting dark and I had to up the ISO, not to mention it was so so cold, I didn’t bother to take time to tweak the settings on my camera. But we did manage to catch the beautiful sunset.

The sweater is a birthday gift from a very good friend of mine, which I like very much. Although it isn’t exactly flattering, I really fell in love with the details. Thanks Christina!

I’m wearing this oversized blazer for the first time, and I doubt I’ll be wearing it again any time soon. It’s very thin and it’s of absolutely no help in keeping me warm. It’s definitely too big for me, but when I saw it at the thrift store I couldn’t resist, plus it was super cheap.

I honestly wonder if I could keep up with the outfit posts, it simply is too cold to go out without layering up till I look like a ball.

We’ll see. Busy week ahead! Signing off =)
